Product Overview

• The HF5111B serial port server provides a protocol conversion product between RS232/RS485/RS422 and TCP/IP, which meets the solution of industrial product serial port to Ethernet data transmission channel. This product integrates Ethernet hardware protocols such as MAC, TCP/IP protocol stack, memory management, 10/100M Ethernet transceiver, high-speed serial port, RS232, RS485, RS422 and other rich hardware interfaces. Based on the FreeRTOS operating system, the product includes a web page for convenient remote configuration, monitoring and debugging. The hardware interface meets the national standard requirements, and ESD supports air discharge ± 15KV and contact discharge ± 8KV.
• The HF5111B serial server adopts a highly integrated hardware and software platform, which has been optimized for industrial applications, smart grids, personal health and medical applications. Only adding one HF5111B product can meet the needs of device data monitoring and transmission.

Single UART Ethernet Serial Server, It have three Ethernet port include RS232/RS485/RS422. To achieve two way transparent transmission between serial and Ethernet,  ModbusRTU also can transferred to ModbusTCP.

1、Φ5.5mm DC plug and 5mm two wire terminal power supply mode；

2、RS422 is four wire 5mm terminal, RS485 is two wire 5mm terminal,Can connect with grounding wire and improve anti-interference；

3、Power status, network status, data transceiver indicator；

4、The shell contain grounding terminal, To protect internal components and against lightning damage. 

All the components are industry standard, Products passed high-low temperature test chamber -40～85℃, RS485/RS422 increase: Lightning protection, fuse overcurrent protection, TVS anti-static protection;  Ethernet port have 8KV Isolation;
